I coach hockey. I have a website http://www.strongdynamics.com. I coach youth, mites to midgets, and adults in the art of power skating. I coach my sons' youth hockey teams so now even my kids prefer to call me Coach Joyce instead of Mom. It all started after the age of 45. It's always good to learn something new. It's the experience of improving that keeps me feeling young.
